Just got back from the airport after picking up the Blue and Gold Macaw. They appear to be in excellent condition….very calm. Got them in the cage with no problem. They didn’t move when I tilted the box so I turned off the lights, lifted the perch and slowly moved them to the cage. They got on the cage perch and both kept looking at me curiously. I have followed your instructions as to feed and water. I think they faired very well during the trip across the UK….Hope they like living in the South.

I must say….I was very impressed with your packing. I know this is not your first rodeo but you did a great job.

Good morning: I want to send a message and tell your team thank you. I received my Moluccan Cockatoo this morning. I was concerned I admit because I've always shipped birds through the airlines.
